Shipping Policy

Packages are usually shipped within 2-3 business days by Canada Post. We will confirm with an email that your parcel has been shipped, including tracking information. For local Victoria area customers, we include a no shipping arrangement with pick-ups at our home studio. Please email or call us for more information.  If you wish to request a different shipping method such as FedEx or another courier that you may typically use, please contact us directly.
