Your request for a refund or exchange must be made within a week of receiving your purchase and the purchase must be in its original condition, free of smoke or animal hair.
It must be sent back within two weeks of its arrival.
Your refund will be issued once we have received the purchase and determined that it is in its original condition.
All sales of discounted products are final.
Shipping fees for refunded or exchanged purchases are the responsibility of the customer.
